WhereWeStandHopkinsEventThe Krieger Committee on the Status of Women is hosting a special reception next week entitled, “Where We Stand: Women at Hopkins,”

This will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 5-7pm in the UTL Atrium, Mudd Hall

The goal of this event is to bring together students, faculty, and staff lines who are concerned about and committed to gender issues at Hopkins.

After brief remarks by Barbara Fivush of the School of Medicine as well as representatives of several Homewood organizations, we will have a chance to introduce undergraduates and women leaders to each other; to share ideas about how to improve the culture for women here; to focus on progress toward Vision 2020 (published in 2006–the link is below); and to explore potential connections and collaborations while enjoying good food and the beautiful, welcoming atrium of Mudd Hall.

Everyone is invited, and we encourage you to share this invitation with your friends and colleagues.

Please note that delicious light fare will be served and that there will be activities for children.
